Do you have any updates on the RGB Critter production status?

All updates will be made via email every 3-4 weeks. There will be no “exclusive” updates made in the meantime.

How do I add products or change my order?

Please contact us and include your specific order change request(s).

Do the accessories for the old flashlight model work with the RGB Critter?

The old flashlight model had different threading than the RGB Critter, so the accessories are not compatible. 

Can I customize the number of fibers or the length of the fibers for either the BitWhip or Fyber Kit Accessory?

We no longer offer custom options for either product. You can always cut the fibers with any household pair of scissors. The fibers will have the same effect where cut.

Can I customize the length of my Sol Saber?

We can create a Sol Saber any length up to 48 inches. If there isn’t a Sol Saber length option available on the product page, please contact us and provide the specific products you intend to order along with your custom Sol Saber length request. 

How do I determine the exact total length of the Double Sided Sol Saber?

The RGB Critter is approximately 5.5 inches long. To determine the total length of your product, simply add this length to the length(s) of your Sol Sabers -- There is no extra length added by the Sol Saber Caps or the Universal Threaded Connector. Please see the Sol Saber product pages for more information.

(International) Do you ship to my country?

We only ship to the following countries, without exception: United States, Canada, European Union, Australia, New Zealand.

(International) How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

Please see the shipping time estimates listed on the checkout page. All delivery times are approximate and do not include the amount of time required to clear customs. It is not uncommon for packages to be delayed for multiple weeks within customs. If your package is delayed, we ask that you remain patient- There is nothing we can do to expedite this process.
